My Favourite Fairy Tale

Jack And The Beanstalk

Jack and the beanstalk is my favourite because it's full of adventure and excitement
with on-going descriptive language and gives me amazingly vivid images in my head.

Ending of the normal story: Jack cuts down the beanstalk with the golden goose and the giant is climbing down the beanstalk and the giant falls down. They live happily ever after.

Epilogue:Jack and his mum celebrate and jump around when suddenly the golden goose starting quacking away and they see the giant waking up.They quickly found  a huge knotted rope and tied the massive giant to the ground. He kept moaning, groaning and mumbling saying stuff like, Bertha, love, I love you, so Jack's mum asked him if he was okay and the Giant (his named turned out to be Harry Grant) answered by saying about how he was so lonely because his wife was always out at the library. He explained how his wife left at 6:00 am and didn't normally come home till around 8:45 pm. Once the giant finished telling his story Jack asked " But why did you chase me?" and the giant said he wasn't chasing Jack he was trying to be friends with him. After a lot and a lot of talking they finally released the giant and let him join their family, on one condition, they got to keep the golden goose. The giant happily said yes and from THEN on they lived happily ever after.

The End
